Operator and scope

Nachbarius is operated by Oliver Wolf, trading as Service-Wolf (sole proprietor), (“operator”). The service is currently free and intended only for users aged 18 or older.

Purpose

Nachbarius provides a technical platform for private neighbourhood groups to report accepted packages, coordinate collection and communicate about the handover. Acceptance, custody and handover take place between users; the operator does not assume custody or transport responsibility. Mandatory statutory liability remains unaffected.

Permitted use

Users may enter information necessary for groups, package acceptance, handover and communication. Illegal or insulting content, harassment, deliberately false reports, attacks, unnecessary third-party personal data and special-category data such as health data not required for Nachbarius are prohibited. Credentials must not be shared.

Availability and changes

No uninterrupted availability is promised for the free service. Maintenance, disruptions and temporary restrictions may occur. The operator may develop, change or discontinue the free service. Paid functions require a prior update of the applicable terms and legal information.

Suspension

Accounts may be temporarily suspended for an objective reason and terminated for serious or repeated violations, including abuse, harassment, deliberately false package reports or manipulation and attack attempts. Serious cases may result in immediate suspension.
